David Cervelli, Managing Consultant, has 22 years experience as a senior executive consultant working in varied business environments helping clients align their organization’s strategic concerns with their information systems architecture. David is a vision builder and has been instrumental in working with executive teams to develop and implement technology that can improve their competitive position in their field. David recognizes that the power of information technology solutions lies not only in the technology and in the technical aspects, but also in how that technology is managed and nurtured. David has been instrumental in combining proper technical planning and strategic corporate visions to accomplish client’s goals. Being the Manager of EDI for LA Gear for a number of years, he brings the expertise of implementing and managing a large EDI application that supported dozens of transactions and thousands of transactions per week. Over the years, he has implemented, advised and supported many EDI and electronic commerce projects.
