Chris Carocci is the Information Systems Group Leader at Multisorb Technologies, Inc. He has been working with the ERP XA product at various levels for the last eight years, with a primary focus on its continued utilization and advanced implementation for the last four years. As an Inforum Conference presenter for the past two years, Carocci has highlighted Multisorb’s transition from the green screen to the Browser. After the successful completion of implementing the Browser, Multisorb licensed Essentials and Integrator. Since then, Carocci’s primary focus has been on implementing and expanding the utilization of these packages. Carocci focuses his day on understanding how current business challenges can best be overcome utilizing the ERP XA software. He achieves his goals by focusing his departmental efforts on communication with his customers, the end users. Through his programs of teaching full scale training classes for users down to small group planning sessions and one-on-one training, he has been successful in expanding the utilization of the ERP XA software, increasing the level of user understanding throughout the organization and making users more efficient in their day to day activities.
