Tracey Aber holds a MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, is an established speaker and has over 28 years of experience in the business and maintenance fields. He has worked for General Motors, and Chrysler as a journeyman electrician, supervisor, superintendent, and electrical engineer. He has owned and operated his own construction, accounting and consulting businesses. He speaks from the ground up on the importance of the CMMS system to the man on the floor to the man in the boardroom.
