Patrick Boelaars has a lot of conceptual and practical CRM experience both on Business Process Re-engineering as well as Package Implementations.
As a CRM expert, Epiphany Expert and Certified Capgemini Project Lead he has successfully fulfilled many roles as Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Functional Architect and/or Project Manager (mostly a combination of those). Boelaars has a pragmatic attitude and is at all times driven to find the optimal solution. In his role as Project Lead or Solution Architect he likes to be involved with the content of the project and is dedicated to deliver quality. Boelaars likes to be involved in projects where he can have the lead in crafting the solution and discuss the future direction within his area of expertise. Besides these high-level topics he is also involved with the content and is able to do hands-on work.
He is capable of interacting at senior management levels, but does not refuse getting his hands dirty if required. After 7 years working for Capgemini, Boelaars decided to start U2EE Europe B.V. mid 2005. This company is fully dedicated to implement Epiphany Solutions. His company has successfully been involved in projects at Telfort, LOI, Bol.com, O2 Ireland, T-Systems and Deutsche Post.
