Sonny Ali is Program Manager in Microsoft’s Global ISV team responsible for the ERP/CRM Sector. He works closely with strategic partners and focuses on Microsoft’s next generation technologies. He helps customers and partners keep up to date on technology trends and current capabilities and assists them in aligning capabilities to their strategic and tactical needs. He was previously working for IBM as a Technical Account / Engagement manager.
