Donald Cleland oversees product development for the Hansen Billing product. He determines new or enhanced functionality to be included and the priorities for its inclusion. Cleland consults closely with internal Public Sector staff and external customers to determine product direction. He has over fifteen years of project management experience at Infor Public Sector and other software vendors. Cleland has implemented billing and financial systems in a number of water and energy billing utilities in Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia.
