Q. What is Inforum?
A. Inforum 2007 is Infor’s user and partner conference. It brings the world’s most enterprising customers and partners together for a four-day learning and networking experience focused on Infor business-specific solutions. Infor experts, customers and partners will present an agenda offering more than 700 sessions of training, discussion of best practices, case studies, and business strategy. Inforum 2007 is designed to maximize networking and engagement among attendees, with dedicated areas and programs to connect people with the colleagues and topics most relevant to their interests.
Q. Who should attend Inforum?
- Users of Infor products who want to optimize performance on their current Infor products and learn how new Infor business-specific solutions will make them even more successful
- IT Professionals and Managers who appreciate intense technical training, product demos, and an opportunity to interact with developers to make suggestions and address challenges.

Q. When is Inforum 2007?
A. Inforum will be held September 9-12, 2007.
Q. Where will Inforum 2007 be held?
A. You'll find us at the Sands Exposition and Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Q. I'm bringing a guest. What activities can they attend with me?
A. A guest pass is available that offers access to the first-night Opening Reception and to the Entertainment Evening on Tuesday. Guests must be 21 years of age or older. The guest pass cost is $250 and can be reserved through the online registration process and form at the time of conference registration or purchased on-site.
Q. Is there a group discount available?
A. Yes, when six (6) full conference registrations are purchased from the same company at the prevailing registration fee, the seventh (7th) conference registration is FREE. If your company desires to participate in the group discount program, we’ll need several pieces of information including your company name, and the name, address, email address and telephone number of a group discount contact person, and the estimated number of attendees. Once we have this information, you will be provided with a unique group discount code which must be entered during the online registration process when each company member registers and pays for their registration. Q. What is the smoking policy at the venue?
A. As of January 1, 2007 a statewide ban went into effect prohibiting smoking in ALL Nevada hotels' meeting and convention center spaces. The casino floor in the Venetian and other local hotels are not part of the smoking ban.
Q. Will Infor provide meals during Inforum?
A. All attendees will have access to the following meals:
- Sunday, September 9 – Cocktail Reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres
- Monday, September 10 – Breakfast and Lunch
- Tuesday, September 11 – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Wednesday, September 12 – Brunch
Coffee breaks and small snacks will also be provided at various times during the event.
Q. Am I allowed to record any of the presentations or demonstrations during Inforum?
A. Any unauthorized recording of the presentations or demonstrations at Inforum is strictly prohibited.
Q. What is the attire for the conference?
A. Business Casual
Q. Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company in the event I cannot attend?
A. Yes, the request must be made in writing to inforum2007@regconnect.net
Q. What is the weather like in Las Vegas?

Q. I do not need hotel accommodations. Is there a registration price difference?
A. No. The registration fee does not include travel and hotel accommodations.
Q. Are there any sponsorships or exhibit spaces available?
A. Yes. For all approved Exhibitors, the sponsorship details are included in the Exhibitor contract. Contact the sponsor team at sponsors@infor.com for information. Only signed Infor partners are permitted to participate.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A. You can cancel your registration by providing written notice to inforum2007@regconnect.net. If notified before August 17, 2007, you will be refunded your registration fee less $200 administrative fee. Refunds will not be provided if notified after August 17, 2007.
Q. Can I pay with a company check?
A. Yes. Make the check payable to Inforum 2007 and mail or overnight to Attn: Rachelle Nall, Infor, 13560 Morris Road, Suite 4100 Alpharetta, GA 30004. All checks must reference the attendee's name or names. Check must be received within 10 days after you register or your booking conference registration will be canceled.
Q. Can I pay with a PO?
A. Acceptable methods of payments are check, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover) or wire transfer. The confirmation letter you receive after registering is also your invoice if you selected "check" as the payment method.
Q. Can I get the conference hotel rate if I contact the hotel directly?
A. No, you must make your hotel reservations using the Inforum registration system.
Q. How do I get a copy of my registration invoice?
A. Your email confirmation, sent after you hit "Final Submit", will serve as your receipt. For additional needed documentation, contact inforum2007@regconnect.net.
Q: What is the best airport to use in Las Vegas for the conference?
A. McCarran International Airport.
Q. How do I obtain an invitation to travel internationally?
A. Submit a request for a letter of invitation to inforum2007@regconnect.net.
Q. Will continuing education credits be available?
A. Inforum 2007 will not have a supported process to provide continuing education credits.
Q. What are the onsite requirements for check in at Inforum to receive my badge?
A. All attendees will need to present a government issued PHOTO ID to receive their conference badge onsite at Inforum. For security purposes, there will be no exceptions to this policy.
